SHIPPING

• For all orders within Hyderabad, shipping is free.
• For all other domestic orders (except Hyderabad) - orders valued at Rs. 25,000/- and above, shipping is free.
• For all other domestic orders (except Hyderabad) - orders valued below Rs. 25,000/-, shipping costs will be charged as applicable.
• For all international orders -  orders valued at Rs. 50,000/- and above, shipping is free.
• For all international orders -  orders valued below Rs. 50,000/- shipping costs of Rs. 2,500/- per order applies.
• Products will be shipped within 5-7 working days from the date of the order confirmation.
• Above rates and delivery time may vary if you are located in a delivery partner defined “remote location”.
• The standard shipping timeline does not apply to made-to-order items. Shipping and delivery timelines may vary based on the production time required by our weavers.
• Kindly ensure that you, or a trusted individual, are available at the provided delivery address to receive the shipment upon delivery notification. We will not be responsible for packages that are returned or left unattended at the doorstep or outside the delivery address due to unavailability. As these may be high-value deliveries, we request your careful attention.
• All our products undergo thorough quality checks and are shipped in tamper-proof packaging.
• Please do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged. In such cases, we request you to photograph the affected areas, refuse acceptance, and return the package to the carrier. Acceptance of such a package will be considered as confirmation that it was received in good condition.
• Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute or modify the shipping address. We kindly request you to verify your delivery details before placing the order.
• In case of non-delivery or rerouting due to incomplete or incorrect address details, any additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• If your location falls under a remote or non-serviceable area, please reach out to us at contact@sutrantha.com with your complete address and order details. We will arrange an alternative delivery service. Kindly note that additional charges may apply for deliveries to such locations, and the same will be communicated to you in advance.
• For international shipments, customs clearance may be required in the destination country prior to delivery. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGE

• Our exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.
• To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, along with intact packaging.
• To initiate an exchange, please email us at contact@sutrantha.com within 3 days of delivery, including your order details and reason for exchange. All requests will be reviewed and approved at our discretion.
• Once your exchange request is approved, kindly ship the product to: Sutrantha, H.No: 13-1-239/1/404, Flat No: 404, Mahalakshmi Sri Nilayam, Lane opposite Olive Sweets Shop, Near Midland Bakery, Mothinagar, Hyderabad – 500018.
• Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
• In case of an exchange, applicable costs such as shipping, import duties, levies, payment gateway charges, and currency conversion fees (if any) will be adjusted in the final exchange settlement.
• Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

DISCLAIMER NOTE

• Colours may slightly vary due to differences in screen settings such as brightness, resolution, and display temperature. For better clarity before purchase, feel free to contact our team for daylight images. Exchanges will not be accepted for colour variation concerns.
• We are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery due to factors such as rain, stains, improper care, or regular wear and tear.
• The following items are not eligible for exchange: sarees with detached blouses or tasselling completed.

REFUNDS

• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
• If you are unable to find a suitable product for exchange, a store credit will be issued for the value of your return. This can be used for future purchases from our collection.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation, hence cancellations are not encouraged.

PAYMENTS

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• We accept payments via cards and UPI only.
